～When served cold～
In this article, we will share some tips cooking noodles, so that you can enjoy delicious Japanese noodles at the comfort of your home.
Step 1: Boil water (portion able to submerge all your noodles), add the noodles, and carrying on boiling while stirring.
Step 2: When the noodles are cooked, quickly remove them from the pot and place them under running water to cool off the noodles.
Step 3: Put the noodles in ice water and stir for about 10 seconds. Then take out noodles and place them in a strainer to remove excess water.
Placing noodles in ice water makes them firmer, smoother, and glossy.
～When served hot～
Step1: Boil water (portion able to submerge all your noodles), add noodles and stir to boil.
Step 2: When the noodles are cooked, quickly remove them from the pot, drain them, and place them to the bowl that contains soup which has been prepared separately (no need to rinse them under running water).
Step 3: Top with your favorite ingredients.
