“Udon” is a noodle that has been popular in Japan for a long time and is still loved by many people. Udon is a white noodle made by kneading wheat flour and stretching it for a long time.
If you use Hyoshiro Dashi, you can easily make hot udon soup.
Step 1: Put 1 sachet of the soup stock in a pot containing 500cc water, remove the sachet when water is boiled.
Step 2: Add your favorite ingredients and noodles (pre-cooked in another pot) to the soup.
